Enjoyed working in Research Now - senior management were easy to deal with. Career opportunities for those that seeked them.

Cons

There were problems with integration, and what seemed like unnecessary bureaucracy. In their defense they were taking steps to try and resolve that.

- constantly changing incentive programs to make it harder to earn commissions - weak HR - lack of structure for salary and performance review

Company is headed in a great direction; theyre driven, motivated to be on top, attract talented and 'good' employees, and works hard to stay innovative.

Cons

Pay structure frequently changes, dabbles in new business/technologies, not a lot of opportunity for career growth in sales (leadership is all very young).
