Pros

The colleagues were helpful and nice. The work ethics was also good. Had a lot of get together after work with the team, as well as some regional events. There were rare times when you needed to stay later, which meant good work/life balance. The expenses were reimbursed on time.

Cons

The potential growth in the company is very slow. The managers did not allow too much independence in making decisions and everything had to be discussed with them. The salary was also quite low, which was based not on the experience you had, but just same for all employees your level. Also felt like the process for different matters was rather slow and bureaucratic. It really felt that you work in the big corporate company, so dynamic was missing.

Additionally, some professional development opportunities we offer you include courses, sessions with leadership, our internal career mapping platform and our recognition program. As for salary, know that we review compensation annually to ensure we are aligned with the market and the scope of the work involved. However, we do note your feedback and wish you all the best in what you choose to take on in future.

The teamwork is awesome. Everyone is willing to help each other.

A bit chaotic on operational workflow and changes are released without any in-depth training.
