Pros

The colleagues are the only good thing I believe. They're all so kind and friendly, at least the ones I've worked with. Another pro would be maybe the some of the benefits i Bulgaria

Cons

Hmm...everything else? The company is not at all considering employees' workloads, how they feel, their input, logic. They absolutely have zero sense of what they're doing, or they think they have and they're being smart, but that won't take them anywhere. I see a lot of resignations in the near future, some already happened.

Work life balance, fully remote

Cons

Low pay with only giving 80% of bonus in the past. Bonus is reflective on Dynata’s financial performance not your individual work performance
