Pros

Work Life balance is great, people are great

Cons

No real progress unfortunately. The company has no direction which makes it difficult to see a clear path in advancing your skills or career. Upper management is making a bunch of acquisitions for no real reason other than to make the company more profitable, while not adding anything from these acquisitions.

Thank you for your feedback. Making Dynata a destination for talent includes provided training and growth opportunities to our employees. Last month we had 196 promotions! We have tried to communicate our approach on acquisitions in both internal communications and in our company updates. The recent acquisitions have been strategic acquisitions. They have allowed to enter in to new markets and segments or have complimented our already robust product offering. We will take this feedback and start looking into ways to better articulate our direction and goals.

Not What It Once Was

Pros

great camaraderie among the worker bees. Had to stick together to survive and did that well. Free sodas, decent gym, decent benefits

Cons

no room for growth; especially for long term employees. Things started going downhill when RN was purchased and the slide continued with the merger with SSI. The general feeling around the company is that all the US (texas) jobs will be outsourced to the Philippines or absorbed by legacy SSI employees in PA, CT and OH.

Pros

Flexibility to work from home occasionally, great coworkers

Cons

Everything has really changed since the merger. There has not been transparency from upper management during this time. Many people are leaving and the ones left are having to pick up extra work with no extra incentive. Upper management acknowledges this, but does nothing to really improve the negative atmosphere.
