      Pros

      Flexible work from home depending on your team and experience (new employees need to be in office for training). Interesting industry. Free sodas, juices, and coffee.

      Cons

      New ownership/executive management is only interested in the bottom line. Employees have taken the back seat. Lots of layoffs occurred in the past year and a half.

      Pros

      A fun company with positive energy, laid back and open feel with great work life balance and flexibility. Easy to get along with people and great benefits. There is always something fun going on whether it's at the office or extracurriculars outside of work hours.

      Cons

      The company specializes in selling sample to the market research industry so as is to be expected when a company sells one product to one industry, revenue stagnation can occur. This results in a low ceiling for a career path and job security is not as strong with a new ownership group.
