Free drinks and free food for some dept. Fruits on Mondays Community service days Sens of family and great friendships

Cons

Rude and incompetent management Constant changes Poor communication between management and teams Promotions are largely based on favoritism and relations No work life balance No flexibility in schedules False promises of training and advancement It is not uncommon for a person to be hired and then let go in a few months Management regards people as chess pieces

Absolutely none, there isnt 1 positive about this place.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Completely lie about bonus compensation, unless your a sales person who does nothing and gets paid for all the work CS does. Company has no direction, things always change on the fly. Management tries to make job tougher everyday by changing the few things that actually work. No room for advancement of promotion because all VP's and Directors are buddy buddy that have known each other for years.

Unlimited PTO (though books up very quickly), Remote Working Environment

Cons

Extensive hours for low pay, disorganized upper management with a CEO that only cares about shareholders rather than his employees, and impossible to move up unless you've been in the company for 10+ years. You will continuously be given additional responsibility without additional compensation or a title bump if you're good at what you do, despite having a salary much lower than the market. Your job will never be valued, and you'll consistently live in fear of getting laid off. Not worth the stress!
