We are consistently strategizing and working to improve our business and employee culture. There is always room for improvement, and we are continuing to implement positive changes such as the introduction of new leadership, including our new CEO. Pros

There are some good people that work here but that can be said for pretty much any company.

Cons

Leadership is clueless and has no idea what actually drives their employees. Morale continues to drop. Employees continue to be overworked and underpaid. They complain about not being able to retain workers but are paying tens of thousands of dollars under national average. They talk about being all for the people but are truly more concerned about acquiring companies than about treating and paying their employees fairly.

Our employees are our biggest asset, and we now survey them three times a year to ensure we are listening to them, taking action on their feedback and building a culture where people feel included, satisfied and appreciated.

There are the day-to-day grunts, and then there are the "leaders" desperately trying to unload the whole thing onto the next PE firm and bail out. Zero long-term strategy
