Spare yourself. Dynata is horrible and management doesn’t care about their employees. They constantly leave work early while their employees work 12+ hour days.

Management is not micromanagement, free drinks in the break room, work from home possibilities pre -covid

Cons

Short-staffed team created difficulties, Investment firm ownership is cheap. SSI managers preferred their people over Research Now people. SSI got preferential treatment

Merging companies means merging teams, management styles and cultures, and we’re sorry you felt you were treated unfairly. We never want to lay off employees, especially during a pandemic, but, like many other companies this year, Dynata had to make some difficult decisions to preserve the overall health of the company. Not being paid... Managers not caring nor answering your questions. But has the nerve ! To reroute your pay and don't answer your questions.
