Peers are nice. A few managers act like they care about us.

Cons

Doesn't pay well - give you extra work but no promotions or raises. People who have a good manager and fight for them get those people raises. Most work is being hired off shore, getting rid of the best managers. Bankruptcy every year,

We also work to provide promotions and raises based on merit and performance, so that contributions are recognized and rewarded. Global Operations: As a company with offices in different countries, we’re proud to support a diverse team. However, we do not outsource roles in a way that replaces existing jobs or managers. Our focus is on building strong teams both locally and globally, in all the regions we operate in. Bankruptcy: Dynata went through one bankruptcy in 2024 as part of a financial restructuring plan to reduce debt and strengthen the company. Since then, we’ve been on solid footing and working toward growth and stability. Thank you for sharing your thoughts—we’re always working to improve.
