      -A few longterm employees are dedicated professionals and a joy to work with. -Primary product (Panel data) is solid. -Compensation/benefits are adequate. -Some work/life flexibility. Allows remote work for most positions.

      Cons

      -Highly disorganized. Goals are all over the place. Priorities shift frequently at senior leaderships whim. -Extremely high employee turnover. Frequent layoffs. -Difficulty differentiating company/products from competitors. -Poor technology. Comically outdated CRM. Website is functional but needs serious content/technology/branding updates. -Sales primarily operates as "order takers". No hunter mentality. -Severely understaffed Marketing department. No content strategy. Very limited budget. -Everyone has Director/Manager titles. No specialists, coordinators, SDRs.
