lovely friendly people, great place to work part-time
Pros
Only working part-time I do not have the pressures that full-time employees have, so from an office environment point of view, RN is a great place to be. My manager is supportive, other members of staff are friendly and helpful, and the flexibility of my hours are particularly good. Free fruit each week and free drinks each fortnight makes you feel appreciated, and there is a free gym available. There are also many opportunities to get involved with workplace activities, and team-building and updates really helps us work together.
Cons
Sometimes project managers are not aware of who they need to contact about certain issues, and this can make things go slower than they might otherwise. Hours can be inconsistent for part-timers, which can be inconvenient. However this isn't the fault of the company so much as the fluctuation of customers and clients during quieter periods.
