its a rather young company and thus there are plenty of growth opportunities. they also allow internal career move.

Cons

the it is still sorting out ways they are going to do things. but there are some undesired politics and management execs trying to get quick win to show off and ended up causing a turmoil.

the teams are on the young side and everyone seems to get on well: opportuities to develop but most people hit the ceiling after 3-5 years, some benefits

Cons

workload tends to get really high, not enough meaningful training (training that can be used outside of research Now), compensation os on the low side of the spectrum

Good work/life balance, not challenging work, free sodas, wellness consultant on staff, able to work from home if needed. High pay.

Cons

There is a level of middle management that is not well trained, does not coach well, and sucks up to the higher levels at the expense of their subordinates. Also morale is at an all time low after lay offs, leaving people who are afraid for their jobs.
