Really? Free drinks i guess. Flexible work hours although used to the companies advantage

Cons

No way to get promoted Crazy work hours due to over promising to clients No way to talk to upper management and submit concerns without politics Systems that never work No help for pm!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly we can not always solve everything. Never hiring replacements Management keeps secrets and employees always find thing's out the hard way Finger pointing I could go on but after working 12 hours today....

Supportive, highly innovative, happy place to work. You get a great sense of belonging.

Cons

Like any workplace it has its pros and cons. But in my last 20 years it has been the best place that I have ever worked and I can't wait to go back!

Pros

The casual dress code and laid-back culture is great! The vacation policy is also a plus; it increases with each year with the company. There are always fun events going around the office, and coworkers are a blast.

Cons

Career growth and development tracks are lacking. It appears business tactics are done "just because" and based on "want" rather than statistics and need. Major tools are internally developed and are in serious need of upgrades.
