Pros

Pay with bonuses is excellent, and rewards those who really make the effort Our general manager is a fair, reasonable person who is understanding. Flexible schedules for school, second job etc.

Cons

No health insurance Some of the mid level supervisors very unproffesional and rude when asked a simple question, very insulting to employees, to where we feel afraid to approach her for anything. Extended shifts sometimes with zero notice to agent.
