Pros - Employees have an option to work from home - Pay (higher than average) -cool offices

Cons

- Managers expect to work you to death - Upper Management has favorites therefore if you are not one of them they will cut you off - People have no PERSONALITY in this company - No growth in the company - Sales Managers get all the commission but the support do all the grunt work and they do not appreciate the supports Stay Away!!

Great people to work with, Industry leader, good products and services, great CEO, good culture and values

Cons

Heavy workload, not enough bandwidth provided by managers overseeing their teams in order to cover projects and workload within reasonable turnaround time to meet/exceed expectations, poor work/life balance and late hours. Lack of professional development; mid-managers don’t equip their teams to grow & flourish for successful career advancement. Exciting environment once you first come onboard but then quickly gets a real sense of ‘hamster wheel spinning’ with busy, mundane repetitive day-to-day tasks in a corporate dead-end environment. And mostly, there is a real lack of passion and purpose with what you’re working for in the big picture; we’re spamming people’s inboxes with surveys everyday for a living… how inspiring.
