Pros

This company is great to work for. If you like to work hard, up for a challenge, then you will find SSI to be a great employer with excellent compensation, bonuses, flexibility and awesome benefits. This is a fast paced environment and it's not for everyone. The people that will succeed are hard-working and everyone knows who is positive. Some people really should resign because they try to bring the team down with their negativity. I've been here for a several years and have seen the changes and feel great about them.

if there are 'cons", they are usually getting a makeover. This company cares about employees.

Great benefits and HR is good.

Cons

Upper management seems to have no loyalty to each other or any other employee. They take advantage of cheap labor and don't recognize their employees contributions, skills, abilities. There is dishonesty in the commitments they make to their employees. Its all about the bottom line, not the customer or the employee.
