      Pros

      Absolutely none, there isnt 1 positive about this place.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Completely lie about bonus compensation, unless your a sales person who does nothing and gets paid for all the work CS does. Company has no direction, things always change on the fly. Management tries to make job tougher everyday by changing the few things that actually work. No room for advancement of promotion because all VP's and Directors are buddy buddy that have known each other for years.

      Pros

      Before the Merger things were OK but after the only good thing left was the health plan.

      Cons

      Bad pay high turn over, Back biting, bureaucratic, repeated failure, bad management, bad finances (can't pay bills on time they lie about it), Private equity backed and highly leveraged, Short term mind set, and no room for personal growth or creativity. Both sides miss lead each other pre-merger. There are very few people who don't want to leave.
