Pros
If there were any I would share them here.
Cons
Employees are overworked and underpaid. Salaries are a joke and the company knows it but doesn't care. They are losing good people left and right, then replacing them with even worse newbies who they can also underpay. There is zero work life balance and you better be prepared to give up your life so you can answer client emails 24 hours. Leadership is completely lacking and the company gets rid of the good ones which only contributes to the growing problems. The favoritism is like nothing you've ever seen. If you are in then you can expect to be given priority studies and accounts although you will still be vastly underpaid for your time. They talk a big game about promoting from within and about career paths, but they never follow through then they hire from outside. It is all empty promises and the leaders will say whatever you want to hear to shut you up with no intention of ever improving anything. If you do take a job here you better get a second gig or find a bar to work at in the nighttime so you can survive. Oh wait, you won't be able to get a second job because all of your time will be spent working for less than you deserve for people who don't appreciate you. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. The semblance of greatness that both SSI and RN held is long gone and it is a complete shell of what each of those companies once were. Turnover is super high for all of the reasons just mentioned and more. If you enjoy crying at night and working with no breaks, and if you are already a billionaire who doesn't need to support yourself and your family, then you might do just fine. Why haven't I left, you ask? We are amidst a global pandemic and jobs are hard to come by. Also I don't have time because I'm too busy being worked around the clock.
