Pros

Nice office, good snacks and free lunch occasionally. SDR is a hard position no matter what company but the Dynatrace product is a good software and makes it easier to sell especially as a first job out of college.

Cons

Inclusivity for females was a con.

Pros

None - very harsh work environment and unhealthy for growth

Cons

Career paths are constantly swept out from under you, pay is not even slightly competitive, KPIs are not attainable, management is not approachable. Toxic work life balance and work environment. Most people are unhappy because of everything listed above.

cutting edge tech, great work life balance

Pros

Dynatrace software is cutting edge and leading the industry in observability and i am sure will continue to do so. Also work life balance is great, easy to switch off from work at the end of the day and continue doing my own things even when I am remote. The addition of wellness days and the upcoming unlimited PTO benefits are excellent.

Cons

With all the pros listed and the growth of the company, makes you want to stay for the long haul. But the compensation model of this company is very inflexible and outdated. The base salary for most coming out of college and starting here has remained stagnant for several years. Performance evaluations and merit raises take really long, the performance eval metrics are very rigid and inflexible meaning several fall behind. Also lack of stock options, bonuses and inflexible cost of living adjustments make it less appealing than its competitors
