1. Every hours spent are measured and need to update in tickets and timesheet. 2. Poor onboarding process into organization. Need to send email requesting so many access across-the-board instead of setting us right in First place. 3. Micromanaged via timesheet or daily call to superior updating status of task. 4. Need to deliver tasks in provided time. If not higher-ups will pressure you. 5. So many ad-hoc tasks to complete even a small things. 6. The bugs are patched in most hard way. Need to raise 3-4 tickets to each environments. 7. End of the day , you have less expertise on the business domain and even the application side. 8. The application is hard to configure and logs are very hard to read.
