Pros

Flexible hours, work from home 1 day per week, management are all knowledgeable person.

Cons

Incentives are based on fully charged productive hours and over time. If no project to work atleast 2 days per month than it will prolly reflected on incentives. It cant be hour problem there is no work assign to us or missmanagement?
