Pros

Casual office environment. Fun and interesting co-workers. Wide variety of clients in different industries. Good reputation. Reasonable compensation.

Cons

The product doesn't scale and has to be customized and so the services to deliver the product has to be extensive and expensive. Management is trying to wish this problem away by not hiring enough people to do the job and customers are not happy.

Great coworkers, lots of room to learn about product. Great opportunity to work directly with clients and resolve day-to-day issues.

Cons

Limited opportunities internally and externally - esp. after spending considerable amount of time with this company. Instead of limiting a person to one project, management should consider rotating people on projects.
