The initial file received by E2open which contained compensation data for your company was not accurate, thereby requiring a revision when the correct data was received. My understanding is that no raises were promised, but can confirm that every employee was informed of their participation in one of the company incentive plans which will pay out at the conclusion of the fiscal year. I understand that the benefit costs were higher than your company was accustomed to paying. Benefits is one piece of the overall total rewards system -- while the benefit cost may be higher, you also become eligible for an annual bonus and annual merit increases.
