Pros
Maybe the #1 reason to work here is that as long as you care enough and have the will to try, you can make your job what you want it to be. There are no job titles for a reason (some would consider this a con, but it's a pro if you're motivated).
If you happen to be a go-getter, there is no better place to be.
Some other pros include management having an open-door policy, an impressive client list, cool new technology, very cool domains to solve problems in (infosec, logistics, finance, and IT to name a few) and very flexible schedules.
Cons
Salaries are not usually on par with the industry, and typical of many smaller companies, there is not a lot of focus on process and organization.
