      WOW on your comments - allow me to comment: - we rarely have any projects that have crazy deadlines or require a ton of overtime - we are loose/matrix managed company with a lot of freedom which our folks enjoy apparently you felt it was unprofessional - we have lunch brought in everyday and breakfast brought in on multiple days. - we buy our staff the best machines money can buy with upgrades every 2-3 years or sooner if someone is needing better tools - this goes for paid online services that makes our folks' job easier including 3rd party libraries and AI services.

      A great experience for just coming out of university.

      Pros

      A great environment with a great group of people. It's very easy to get around and communicate with others in the company, and support is never out of reach. The projects we work on are interesting and, especially for new graduates, training was very good at getting me up to speed on things that my college curriculums might not have focused on. Benefits are nice too, such as lunch ordering while in the office.

      Cons

      None that I can truly think of. Based on how one's college curriculum went, some training topics can be more of a review but that was not the case for me. :)
