      Not a Bad Company just be prepared to be micromanaged

      Excellent Pay, Bonus' Holidays, even get jewish holidays and Juneteenth off

      Cons

      They Micromanage everything and everything done onsite needs approval first from the Asset manager even for a simple flower plant or to replace a light bulb in the office that went out. They have a weekly pricing call that is really designed to pick on the manager and is not collaboration at all. They got rid of the all the assistant m to do managers and it created a extremely heavy work load for the property manager to do everything and the shared services department was created to get rid of the Ams but its a lot for the onsite team to answer the phone, tour prospects and have a million training or calls a week when you have one less person in the office.

      The true definition of Micromanagement is ECI Group. Property Managers has NO authority and have to ask for approval for EVERYTHING including adjustments. Applications are approved with a 2 month security deposit which causes a lot of applicants to cancel their app. Very Cheap - Constantly have to get approval for basic work to be done on the property even though it’s on the budget but the budget is Never final.

      There are no good reasons to work for ECI Group.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is wrong. They have no diversity in leadership. If you are a minority, they will mis-treat you, lie to you and there is no opportunity for growth. Only if you are white will you succeed at this company. It is like a cult. They promote and hire their friends and they show blatant favoritism. So many minorities have left this company because of the mistreatment and racism at ECI Group. Run for your life.
