I have no pros for this company.

Cons

I have never been hired and left so quickly before in my entire career. They have absolutely no diversity, they do not even celebrate Juneteenth, nothing but favoritism, the way they handle the processing and uploading of leases is the worst I have ever seen, Open 7 days a week as well as long days from 9-6, no work life balance, with ATL traffic you are not getting home to your family until around 7/8ish. Properties are not maintained well. They pay is not competitive enough, I was offered a significant amount more at my new job. Pay more for getting apts leased and renewed for commission. I do not recommend and will never work for this company again.

They pay you, it is a job, they feed you sometimes.

Cons

Bad upper management, lack of resources readily available for staff to do their job, very bad communication, staff does not treat each other with respect. PTO policy is very poor.

Manager and office staff were great. Had fun and worked hard.

Cons

Would have been nice if managers got 30% off apartments and regular staff, leasing etc. Got 20% off. Across the board.
