Pros

The quick growth combined with the global presence makes Englishtown a very stimulating working environment. With a background in web development I also find the product to be very interesting, as it spans over so many different areas. I've been with the company for ten years, and many others stay very long with the company. Working in a global environment means that I stay in touch with people from around the world, both via emails and Skype and through travels.

Cons

A quickly growing company has growing pains, mostly in the form of processes that sometimes cannot keep up. I don't think it is a big problem, and I know that it happens in every company that changes quickly.

Pros

Super nice office, really friendly and international colleagues, exciting industry. The best thing about EF I think is that they are doing loads of product development and working on new technologies to help learners succeed.

Cons

Growth has been so fast that sometimes the office gets crowded, lots of young people running things and learning as they go on... I liked it, but if you want a "big company" structured atmosphere it's not really right for you.

Pros

EF has so many offices all over the world - you can work in so many different countries! Great opportunities to rotate and change roles in different departments, and grow professionally. Super good atmosphere at the office, and offices have really nice decoration. Good salary and conditions. Challenging and interesting projects, that promotes interaction in between different colleagues, teams, and with other offices around the world. Working for them, and the atmosphere, people...it's just FUN, makes you enjoy what you are doing and makes you love your job!

Cons

Sometimes deadlines are tight and you need to work pretty hard, but...which company does not have this?
