Pros

- You will be attracted with good salary package. - Take home salary is more. - Tech Leads are good in some teams. - Friendly environment and supportive colleagues.

Cons

- Highly highly highly insecure job. You never know when company will stop loving you. - Today you will be appreciated for your work and tomorrow suddenly they say that you are not upto the mark and will be fired just like that. Company policies are very unstable. - No standard appraisal policy. hikes are very very less. - Too much of dictatorship under foreigners. Bangalore employees are treated like slaves. - Too much of work load, You will have to work like a machine. Too tight deadlines. - No onsite opportunities. - Forget about promotions. - Don't fall in trap with the salary they offer. You will surely regret for your decision later on. Everyday will be a hell with job insecurity and work load.

Pros

- Relevant product around International Education - Most of the employees shared common values: open-mindedness, playfulness, entrepreneurial - Lots of amazing people inside the company - Couple of travel and a big cultural diversity - Inspiring projects - Great office atmosphere

Cons

- The company is not investing in the long term on the employees - The turnover is extremely high, the best talents are constantly leaving the company - The salaries are not competitive at all for Swiss standards (sometimes they are at 50% of the average salaries) - Lack of excellence in some projects, EF tend to prefer "fast and dirty" rather than "sustainable and prepared" - Remote work is impossible, even if you spend your day working online

Pros

Working with EF is a fun experience, and it is certainly a challenge. I enjoyed their volunteer host family model.

Cons

Everything seemed fly-by-night, we were figuring out host families at the absolute last second, higher-ups were not too concerned with how things worked out in the field. They also pressured exchange students into paying for extra trips once they were already out of their home countries. These expenses were additional to the various other expenses they had been charged pre-trip, and it made the students who didn't pay them feel so left-out that every student ended up paying.
