Pros

The pay is good in comparison with other companies. Great opportunity to travel and meet new people in a completely different culture. The mission and values of the company are fantastic and it has tremendous growth potential. Coworkers, both expats and locals, are a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

Management is questionable, communication can be a major issue between divisions. Certain experiences can be stressful but that should be expected within the field.
