Pros

Decent experience for anyone looking to get into sales or marketing. Nice office in a central location, young/energetic staff, ample time off, and supportive management with a good training program for employees. Best part of the job would have to be the travel perks and benefits provided.

Cons

Lower than average starting salaries, rigid bonus structure, and very limited career growth.
