Pros

Staff are friendly and fun. Very flexible and free environment. Diverse staff, able to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Cons

Salary is low comparing to same positions elsewhere. High turnover rate, don't know how to appreciate staff, aside from the free drinks once in a while. Poor communication. Sometimes duplicate work is done or tasks need to be done last minute due to miscommunication or no communication between departments at all. Very secretive, sometimes your manager is hiring someone new to your team and he/she won't even let the team know until that new person shows up. No proper HR, no improvements after annual reviews, therefore problems for certain staff exists and won't go away. Managers friends with underlings, this isn't a problem but can be done more professionally.
