Pros

I loved working for EF before this.

Cons

I just had a host family recruiter try tell me I'm fired as an EF Teacher (of 3 years) because I asked if we were going to get paid for a "mandatory meeting" she scheduled and rescheduled several times. I wish I could post screen shots of the text messages she sent me! I'm appalled at the unprofessional behavior. Seriously disgusting behavior.

Pros

One opportunity to travel every 2 years or more. If you work on the domestic side. International side gives employees more travel.

Cons

Explore America management only wants to hire cheap, young "workers". You will not be valued here, especially if you are in outside sales. Management gets rid of good people for personal reasons. Seems like a good company, until they turn on you.

Pros

The students are a great mix from all over the world.

Cons

No room for advancement unless you kiss tail. The management was less educated than the teaching staff and had no idea what they were doing. I left when the new managemnt came in a year and a half ago.
