- Great flexibility and freedom - Ability to manage your own territory as its own business - A team that is second to none in the industry - Opportunity to directly work with Principal Business Owners and Agents - Ability to impact industry and strategically implement new technologies

Cons

- When the market retracts, the industry becomes overly saturated with offerings - Sometimes it is difficult to discern the right offering among Ellison's large solutions portfolio.

Nothing comes to mind for pros. My experience here was nothing but awful.

Cons

False promises, terrible work-life balance, zero support, etc. Working for Ellison Technologies has been nothing but a stressful disappointment. I was overworked, and underpaid, you basically just being taken advantage of here!

We are certainly sorry to read this. It appears as though it came from an employ that has already left the team. I wish we knew where and or in what group this person worked as we have 16 operations across the country, our corporate operations on the west coast as well as multiple business units and this information would help us better identify what group needs to improve.
