ELLISON TECHNOLOGIES, INC suffers from multiple problems that prevent this company and its employees from growing. The work environment is lackluster due to the lack of opportunities for learning and advancement, and these factors result in limited growth for employees. And all of these can be blamed on the ineffective leadership!

We maintain a coaching and training firm on retainer so that both leaders and employees can access curriculum, classes as well as one-on-one coaching virtually anytime. We routinely send employees to training with our builders as well as external partners with whom we work. We're sorry that this former employee did not feel that they had ample opportunity to grow in the way or direction that they desired. This information will also be shared with our Director of Talent Development

I have been in this industry for over 20 years. Ellison Technologies has always been a well know name. Recently they have tried something completely different in their service organization. For some it was a change not welcomed for many others it was good. I was attracted to the new structure following the new business strategy for service. Now I thank God I joined.

Cons

It is not ran or organized like a traditional mom and pop local distributorship. There is more of a corporate foundation, if management is not careful they can loose sight of the customer and employee focus.

Decent exposure to advanced machinery and technology.

Cons

Promises of growth and support were brutally misleading. The workload was overwhelming, expectations shifted without notice, and any feedback fell on deaf ears. I often felt beaten down by unrealistic deadlines and poorly communicated goals. Inconsistent strategies and a lack of clear direction created more chaos than progress. Management didn't seem to care about the toll this environment took on employees.

Wow, very sad to see this. Wish we knew at which of our 17 operations this person worked, and in what capacity, so that we could better investigate. Certainly, as we can see from other reviews, this is not considered the norm.
