Pros
-good co-workers that make work bearable -flexible dress code -some-what flexible hours: but they are starting to get more strict with that too
Cons
Literally everything else. I just want to start off by saying that all the negative reviews on here are 100% accurate. I saw them before I started working here and chose to ignore them and hope they were just exaggerations, but I was wrong. Please do not make the same mistake I did. The management is horrible, they are never around, unprofessional, and only care about themselves. If you have a question, you will spend hours looking for a manager to ask. They are very unprofessional, talking about you to other employees and talking to other employees about your pay or something you went to them about in private. They will throw you under the bus in a second to make themselves look better or to cover their own butt. They do not try and get to know you at all. My manager came up to me and called me by the wrong name after I was working there for 7 months, you are just a number to them, someone they can use and abuse until you decide to leave. The benefits and pay are crap. There are other companies out there willing to pay you significantly more to do the same amount of work. You get a 0.2% yearly raise which is the only raise you will ever see working there. You get a very limited number of vacation days which includes sick days, so if you get sick you have to use one of your vacation days or take a pay hit. Even when you have vacation days the management will give you a hard time about taking off. I had to take off to go to a funeral and my manager asked if I could come back after the ceremony just in case we got busy. They asked my coworker to provide a doctor note for taking off for an appointment, what are we in high school? The higher up employees are allowed to talk down and harass people on the bottom because they are seen as more important and valuable than you are. I have been screamed at in front of everyone and verbally harassed several times there and all the management had to say about it was "oh, that is just their personality" and then do nothing to try and resolve the issue. Employees are overworked and underpaid. You are expected to take on more responsibilities and work in multiple departments without getting a pay increase. They would rather cross-train people to work in every single department and have them run around stressed out trying to get everything done rather than higher more people. You can work 10 hours of overtime every week and come in on weekends to get things done and still be told you are not doing enough. They know that everyone is unhappy and they know why everyone is unhappy but they choose to do nothing about it. They say they cannot provide better benefits or give raises due to lack of money, yet they are able to go on month long vacations to Italy every year. Hmm, something doesn't add up there. They would rather write a company wide e-mail begging people to write good reviews than to actually fix the problems. This company will break you down and make you feel useless and under appreciated. I am tired of watching this company break good people. Do not let this happen to you. There are way better opportunities out there and you will find them, please do not settle for a company that isn't willing to give you what you deserve. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
