      Good benefits, good package. Nice office space.

      Cons

      IT seems like a different arm of the company that is so insular to the rest of the company. Does not promote internally and I felt like I was working for monarchy. Communication seems to be lacking at multiple levels.

      Health benefits. That's about it.

      Cons

      When I started working here, my manager told me I would be hired on from a contractor position in six months. Two years later I was finally hired on. HR took away overtime without notification. Notification had to come from a colleague. Other benefits were unjustly taken away. If you like kissing up to upper management, you'll go places. Directives come from headquarters without any regard for what division offices say. I.E. 'my way or the highway'
