Pros

Most staff is friendly and open. The office is located in a good area close to public transportation and city-life. There are half-day Fridays all year-round which is great.

Cons

What they pay most of their staff is below average. They pick their favorites and help them get promoted while others are left behind.

A Real Shame

Pros

Some of the people...this company could be great if Senior Management would leave.

Cons

Senior Management (The Triumvirate of Evil). They get talented young people excited about the culture and the positions and then once you are actually working there you find out that culture they speak of is not company wide and that senior management does not actually even believe in the culture they are selling. The positions are hit or miss and most of the time you aren't able to prove that you are capable of doing the job because they are against new ideas and change. Senior Management is unethical, unprofessional and inappropriate. The don't care about the staff as people only the amount the company allows them to bring home in their paychecks. There is a known rumor that two of the members of senior management are either having an affair or have had an affair with each other and the way they portray their relationship in public does nothing to disprove the rumor. The HR department is a joke pure and simple and no one trusts them enough to bring their issues to them. The turnover for last year was 48% which was announced at a company meeting and yet they think that having a few employee events will gloss over the real problem which is that no one running the company believes in the mission/vision of the organization. Senior management is inept and have no principles.
