Rumor mill Little room to grow Worked there during the recession, so a lot of cons I'd list may not apply anymore (lack of hours, work and pay) Drama within CEO/employee relationship Little transparency

Pros

The MEP group is by far the best group to work within due the discipline managers. They are fun and flexible and make dealing with the politics between the other departments tolerable.

Cons

The overall culture of the firm can be poisonous if you end up working with the wrong people. Older employees hold recession era grudges and are stuck in a general recession years funk.
