Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am happy to hear that you enjoy working at ERRG and that you find your work exciting and challenging. I agree that promoting from within is the way to go. It is one of our priorities as a company. When we hire from outside, it is generally because we feel an individual has a service or capability we don’t currently have. We bring people on board with the expectation that they can enhance our services and help grow the company. Our industry and company have faced challenging times as of late but I’m optimistic that we are set up to thrive, both the company and all of its team members. Thank you again for the feedback. I value and consider all feedback and at ERRG we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address your specific concern about inconsistent communication. We work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment which can be exciting but also frustrating when decisions need to be made quickly. As a small business, ERRG is known for its turn-key operations but this flexibility can come with uncertainty. I will share your feedback with executive and senior management so we can continue to improve in this area. Also, ERRG has an Open Door policy that encourages employees to participate in decisions affecting them and their daily professional responsibilities. I want staff at all levels of the company to feel comfortable coming to any member of the executive or senior management with a concern or suggestion. I believe this kind of informal and open communication can only be a positive that strengthens the entire ERRG team.
