Great company with potential, but leadership requires restructuring

Highly collaborative offshore partners who are genuinely invested in supporting a startup environment. Company’s onboarding process stands out as the most seamless and effective I’ve seen.
Cons
The CM nurse team leader demonstrated toxic leadership. Communication was often disrespectful, access to essential tools was inconsistently provided, in a bid to sabotage- and meetings frequently turned into “gotcha” moments. She demanded loyalty- miss that, and you’ve got a target on your back. She also spoke negatively about other leaders within a small inner circle, a tactic that seemed aimed at consolidating influence. These behaviors contributed to a broader culture of blame and toxicity and high turnover where staff felt the need to operate with constant caution.
