Working here has been the worst professional experience of my career.
Pros
This company offers no positive aspects.
Cons
My Experience at EXL (NewDay Process) I worked with EXL for a year and consistently ranked as a top performer in both productivity and quality. Unfortunately, I chose to leave the organization due to its toxic work environment and unhealthy work culture. If you are considering joining EXL, I strongly advise against working in the NewDay process. The trainer and managers frequently humiliate employees, regardless of their performance. In my case, the trainer repeatedly threatened to blacklist me so that I wouldn’t be able to secure employment elsewhere. She would deliver negative feedback publicly, often yelling at me despite my proven track record as one of the best performers. The senior manager displayed similar behavior, while the VP and AVP remained inaccessible and never engaged in discussions with employees. One assistant manager, in particular, made false promises about opportunities that never materialized. I documented many of these incidents on Teams, but since I no longer have access, I cannot share those records. It has now been 60 days since my resignation, and I am still waiting for my full and final settlement (FNF). The company has failed to comply with new labor laws, and no one takes initiative to release pending dues. If you plan to resign from EXL, ensure you have the contact details of the BHR, VP, AVP, and other higher authorities, because without persistent follow-ups, your FNF may be delayed indefinitely. This is not a data-driven AI company, and its lack of accountability is one of the reasons processes are being ramped down. I sincerely hope that Mr. Rohit Kapoor, CEO of EXL, reaches out to me so I can share my complete experience directly.
