      It was Okay. Payroll is a total nightmare.

      Pros

      - M-F schedule was great. Helps with work-life balance. -I learned a lot especially with admin tasks. -Career opportunities if you have strong work ethics and high quality output. Others: - Bonuses from clients, Annual Appraisals, Free food (sometimes), Free company Christmas baskets, Free client Christmas Baskets, 13th month pay, Fast promotion depending on your performance, P4Ps, RNRs

      Cons

      - They should hire more heads to cover the volumes and not let the existing executives cover hours through OTs. You're burning them out. Stop the toxic BPO culture of overworking their employees. -3P Payroll is a NIGHTMARE. Overpaid holidays needed to be paid back by the employees when it clearly was their 3P incompetent payroll's fault. I had it auto-deducted from my pay, but, then again, their payroll (or whoever takes care of it) is so incompetent they only did it once or twice! I've left and still not fully paid. Ex-AM and I escalated the issue twice/thrice with emails to prove, and did you do anything? (insert exclamation points here). NO. Clearly, you didn't. - AMs overworked and underpaid (at least, mine was).
