Pros

You have access to some great educational content from the company and they had some great innovative products with potential to be game changers

Cons

Little to no upward mobility or opportunities Support from leadership was almost zero Pay and benefits were lackluster at best (unless you were corporate leadership)

First and foremost, thank you for your years of service. We appreciate your time and dedication to EXOS and value each of our team members greatly. We apologize you feel pay + benefits do not meet your needs. As a company, we do our best to offer a total rewards package is competitive in the marketplace. We continually look for ways to improve these benefits and make changes when we are able to enhance or improve a program. For example, last year we rolled out the EXOS HONORS reward and recognition program. That program is specifically designed to provide cash bonuses to team members who do extraordinary work. We encourage you to ask your manager about this program if your team is not utilizing it to its fullest.
