Very challenging environment, number of innovation and modernization IT projects in progress. Nice people to work with, had great experience working with CIO.

Cons

I have found that head office facilities somewhat aged, however, the organization has started construction project to extend/renovate the facility.

Pay is higher than most.

Cons

Everything else. Project managers and upper management short hours on projects to gain more profit. Nothing is about customer service. They cannot ever maintain the same customer because of the projects they run into the ground. 90% billed with nothing to show. Upper management keeps employees in the dark with a constant state of deception.
