Pros

1) Start up company so you have the ability to lay your blueprint to the success of the company 2) Diversity and Inclusion is unmatched. The CEO has taken this opportunity to include those from all over and cultivate a dynamic workforce 3) Being that we are rapidly growing, employees have been able to make career changes into areas suited to match their skillset. As we continue to grow, building our employees to grow with us is what will make us the leading company in our industry. 4) Flexibility 5) Growth The executives hire candidates who have a love and passion for what they do. They look for individuals who wants to make a difference and create something amazing. Someone who is not afraid to work outside the box and have a creative thought process. When you are building a company from scratch you need to ensure you have the right ingredients and that is what they are doing at EZ Blockchain.

Cons

Like any company there are growing pains needs to be worked through. Policies and procedures needed to be developed so we can effectively execute the process. Everyday we are growing and learning but that is to be expected. If you are looking for a SOP job that have everything in place with no minor errors, then you are correct this place of business is not for you, BUT if you are looking for a career where you can lay your blueprint and make a difference then we welcome you to apply :)
