Pros
The amount of diversity in this company is the best that I have ever seen. Management understood the definition of diversity and they ran with it. I've been able to see coworkers grow out of their roles and into roles that build on their personal assets for the company. There are opportunities for growth in this company if you really want it.
Cons
As a start-up, of course, there are bumps along the way and policies that are not in place yet - but they are working their way through the important things that pertain to the employees and they are getting there. Just need to be patient with the process... all these other companies weren't built in a day, so why would anyone expect things here to be perfect? The original benefit package was lacking but they are working on improving what they are going to be offering employees in the future. Not being able to work from home, at least once a week, is a real bummer but the atmosphere in the office is great!
