- IF you're interested in a career brokering energy conservation hardware for crypto mining this company might be a good place to start. - Relaxed Startup environment

Cons

- The inner workings of management and HR are very unhelpful with zero guidance and no communication between the two levels of the company. - No real prominent culture or mission statement for the sales side - Very confusing and unstructured approach to selling hosting services and/or mining containers. - Hiring and training chaotic

Pros

Upper management here is phenomenal. I am working with some of the most brilliant innovators I have ever met in my life. I thought I could bring an immense amount of experience, but the innovation and experience that I see here is incredibly good. This company's product is absolutely phenomenal. The CEO has a dream to change the world to a positive climate trajectory. It is a startup, and with it comes a lot of bumps and bruises, a lot of growing pains, but this ride is phenomenal. To date, I have had multiple job offers, but there's no way I want to leave such a phenomenal ororganization. I highly recommend EZ Blockchain for employment. it absolutely is an incredible company to work for!

Cons

As with all startups, we have to start everything from the ground up. We have the opportunity to build the process and procedures that are going to create the best and the brightest in the space.
