Pros

Not many pros at this company. The corporate location in Chicago was a positive.

Cons

Management lies to employees and actually believes that employees will believe it. No long-term vision from anyone in upper management. HR and benefit department is incompetent. No one is in charge of the place because no one can make a decision. CEO is only interested in selling the business and cashing out. The company states it's growing but only through acquisitions. No organic growth. Constant arguments between upper management. No one gets along or trusts CFO to do correct and ethical things. The list goes on and on. Do not come here. They will try to sell it to you but all the talented people have already left.

-Lots of great employees (The Worker Bees)

Cons

-Low pay, well below market standard -Unable to negotiate or renegotiate salary -"Bonuses" are a joke (If you get one) -Leadership not held accountable -Managers not held accountable -Onboarding and training is atrocious.. -No clear company roadmap -No clear leadership after recent acquisitions -Who is in charge? CEO? CCO? -Zero transparency -Consistant false promises by management -Zero team culture

Poor tastes and accountability

Pros

The senior staff is somewhat friendly and knowledgeable, but fail to serve the needs of the employees.

Cons

The younger staff is riddled with incompetence and unprofessional attitudes that resemble that of a high school. Training consist of learning information that is relevant to the repetitive conditions of the job. Culture and values are purely fabrications that look nice in the handbook but are absent in the workplace. Staff are poorly dressed and the cubicles are often cluttered with personal belongings. Their service is the worst I have witnessed and absolutely deplorable amongst one another.
