Pros

Only pro was the free food and even that didn’t have vegetarian friendly options.

Cons

Where to start… the culture was extremely toxic. People would throw you under the bus and talk behind your back (even to the new employees!); There was no job security. Everyone seemed on edge on the possibility of losing their job.; they provided little to no training but held you to a high standard for things you were never taught (even if you sought out the information); Everyone was painfully nice like The Stepford Wives (secretly deceptive and malicious).

Poor competitive pay, despite what they say

Pros

Good local work culture, flexible schedule, OT not required, alright benefits

Cons

The executives don't respect the lower tier workers. They operate on a revolving door policy so that they don't have to keep wages competitive, but that is now causing a sever staffing shortage which they are failing to address. Executive team changes every 2-3 years, and there currently is barely any HR. Most people here have batchelor's degrees and are making only around $17.50 after putting in 4 years. The executives currently think we don't need more money and then proceed to tell us we're having a record year of revenue, not good for morale.
